Popeck Family Dentistry Staff

  • Charlotte
    Dental Assistant

I began my career in the dental profession in 1966 and have worked for Dr. Popeck since 1999. I grew up in Pennsville and together with my husband, David, we have raised four daughters and have one grandson. I have had the privilege of working with Dr. Popeck. I thoroughly love all aspects of the dental profession, especially the variety it brings to the schedule each day. I always look forward to greeting each patient and helping them to overcome their fears. Our team works together in a very caring and understanding way with great concern for each patient's well-being. Building healthy and happy smiles is very rewarding!
  • Carolyn
    Registered Dental Hygienist

I began my career with Dr. Popeck in 2001 as his full-time hygienist. I graduated in 1999 from Camden County College in Dental Hygiene with a degree in Health Science. I am also the treasurer of the Southern New Jersey Dental Hygiene Association. I continue to work for Dr. Popeck because I saw the true care he feels for our patients.
  • Stephanie
    Register Dental Hygienist

I started working for Dr Popeck as a Registered Dental Hygienist in November 2008. I attended Manor College and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I enjoy working with Dr Popeck and the entire team. Our team truly cares about each patient and their individual needs. Working in the dental field has been very rewarding and I am constantly learning. In my free time I enjoy traveling, watching/going to Phillies games and spending time with my family and friends.

What can I say - teeth are in my blood, dental is second nature to me!!!

I have been very fortunate to have only had 3 jobs which I worked 45 years so far in my career.

I started when I was 15 years old in the dental field during high school in a Career Assistance Program (CAP). I would get out of school early and worked the afternoons until closing at Dr. Ernest Troise's office in Willingboro, NJ.

I loved it so much that I received my x-ray license, went on to become a certified and a Registered Dental Assistant. I had worked with Dr. Troise for 26 years becoming his practice manager before he passed away from colon cancer unfortunately. I helped in closing down his practice before joining Dr. Richard Perello in Delran NJ as his practice manager. I was with him for 16 years before moving to Florida to take care of my Mom who was diagnosed with Alzheimers.

I missed the North, brought Mom with me, and moved back to Delaware. Once again I was very fortunate again to have found Dr. Jerry Popeck's office to finish my career with. Another fantastic dental practice, I have been very blessed in my career!!!
